Water & Lemon

Lemons are full of vitamin C, it’s a perfect morning drink, giving your immune system a well-needed boost, so when you’re in meetings or on public transport, and you can hear people coughing around you, you don’t need to worry, your body has been prepared! Lemons also contain pectin fibre, which actually helps fight hunger cravings, cool right? It also reduces inflammation, aids digestion, and freshen breath, tell me were not all mentally adding lemons to our shopping list right now!?

When I think of cucumbers, I think of slices over the eyes and relaxing spa days, but they are also a great water accompaniment.
